GWDI UNVEILS NEW CORPORATE IMAGE

Monterey, California, USA, January 27, 2006

GWDI unveils a new corporate image to reflect the new market focus and the expanding solutions offering to the Air Navigation Services Providers (ANSP) market. The new corporate image can be viewed on the new company's web site at www.gwdi.com along with a new company name, logo and branding for all the solutions

The company's name is no longer Global Weather Dynamics but just GWDI. The decision to change the name from Global Weather Dynamics to GWDI was motivated with the fact that GWDI is today exclusively focused on the ANSP market. Along with the name, the logo has been changed to reflect the company's market focus. GWDI has also re-branded all its solutions and given planet names to each solution.

GWDI offers MERCURY for ATS Message Handling (AMHS) in full compliance with the ICAO ATN Standard and Recommendation Practices (SARPS) integrated fully with legacy AFTN, CIDIN, and WMO procedures.

GWDI also offers a complete suite of data management solutions including JUPITER (NOTAM Data Management), NEPTUNE (Flight Plan Management) and TERRA (Meteorological Data Management). These solutions can be implemented as a fully integrated system with all the data and products accessible through one integrated briefing terminal (VENUS) as recommended in the ICAO EUR DOC 010 "Harmonized Access to AIS and MET Services relating to Pre-flight Planning" and Eurocontrol's AIM (Aeronautical Information Management) initiative.

SATURN (Publishing/Cartography) not only shares a common centric database (AIXM compliant) but also offers the tools to fully control the changes to be made on the aeronautical data from the moment the change is requested until its publication (AIP).

MARS (ATC Information Display) provides Air Traffic Controllers with rapid access to weather and airport information, maps and charts in one integrated display.

GWDI will present its solutions at booth No. 900 during the ATC conference held in Maastricht, The Netherlands on Feb. 14-16, 2006. GWDI will be present along with its partner GCWare of Prague, Czech Republic. GCWare provides GIS and mapping technology expertise to GWDI.
